The service

Piexels Studio delivers development tasks on a per-task or retainer basis. Each task is scoped before work begins. We deliver production-ready code within the agreed timeline.

Scope and revisions

A single task covers one deliverable of clearly defined scope, typically completable within 8 hours. Retainer clients receive 2 revision rounds per task. Scope that exceeds the original brief will be quoted separately before work continues.

Payment

Per-task work is paid upfront via Stripe. Retainer billing is monthly. All prices exclude VAT where applicable. Refunds are issued only if work has not yet started.

Deadline guarantee

If we miss a delivery deadline, your next task is free. This applies to agreed deadlines confirmed in writing, not estimated timelines.

Cancellation

Retainer subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No lock-in contracts.
